[Michlib-l] Awards for Friends groups

United for Libraries (The Division of ALA the focuses on Library Trustees and Friends groups) is now accepting applications for  Baker & Taylor Awards for Friends groups and Foundations.

The awards recognize Friends groups and library Foundations for outstanding efforts to support their library. Two winning groups will receive $1,000 each. Awards are given for a specific project culminating in the year prior to application. This year's awards will be for projects that occurred or culminated during the 2016 calendar year.
