[Michlib-l] Teen Video Challenge entries due January 31st

It's not too late to encourage your teens to film their own Summer Reading 2017 video!  You can find the entry form<http://www.michigan.gov/documents/libraryofmichigan/2017_TVC_Build_a_Better_World_Entry_Form_Fillable_537909_7.pdf> and other details online at www.michigan.gov/summerreading<http://www.michigan.gov/summerreading>.
Videos will be judged by LM's Youth Services Advisory Council and the State's winning public library will receive a prize worth $50 from Upstart!

...to get your library teens to participate in the 2017 Teen Video Challenge!  Follow this link: http://www.cslpreads.org/2016-teen-video-challenge/ for the 2016 CSLP State Winners & be inspired!  (Texas features a mash-up of Hunger Games/Harry Potter, South Carolina goes Zombie, etc.)

You'll note Michigan doesn't have one, as this is the first year in a long time that we're participating. You can see some videos are more simplistic than others, but they're all enthusiastic pieces about libraries by teens!
