Hi Connie,

I agree that there are probably red flags involved when somebody applies
incorrectly.   At the very least, I count a big strike against the
applicant.  I normally do telephone interviews as the first step and give
an otherwise very qualified applicant a chance to explain why they
submitted paper.  I would need, however, to see evidence of computer skills
on the resume for me to even speak with them.
