Hello Youth/Teen Librarians—you may recall a previous list post about MeL’s Summer Slide initiative and in support of summer reading’s Build a Better World?  We now have both an Arabic and Spanish version in addition to the English of the “Summer Resources for Students” letter available for you to share with teachers, parents and students in your service areas! As a side note, in my last message I thanked Jeff Mozdzierz and Oakland Schools for translating the Spanish version for us.  He has since let me know that it was the Pontiac Schools ELL team and Carmen Guzman who did the work, so thank you to them (and Jeff!) for providing this excellent translation!
