Madison Heights also received this request on Thursday at 5:00 p.m., and I've learned that the same request was also made to the City Clerk on February 7th.
In response to the request that information be provided for free, she has twice advised that the City of Madison Heights has updated our FOIA policy to comply with the new State laws, and is no longer providing information free if it takes over 15 minutes to compile.

Yes, I heard from them as well. I let them know we could not waive the fee as requested, and they withdrew their request.
