[Michlib-l] Library Board Secretary

[Barbara Wallace]

We recently implemented a recording secretary. It is a library employee and
our bylaws were updated to reflect her new role. The Board has been very
pleased with the transition.

Our board secretary takes them, however she has asked that a staff person
take over, however the rest of the board are opposed to this.
