Northland Library Cooperative is opening to the library community the
opportunity to register for the upcoming workshop on technology.
If interested please fill out registration form and send to the address
listed.

Attached is the poster and registration form for the Technology workshop
Northland is sponsoring on November 30, 2017.  The workshop is an all day
event and open to all members of the Northland Library Cooperative free of
charge.  You may register as many people from your library including
trustees and members of your Friends.

We are fortunate to have arranged to have Dr. Michael Stevens, Associate
Professor at San Jose State University and contributor to ALA.

In addition to his Keynote address, Dr. Stevens will do a special session
entitled "The Formula for Success"

There are four breakout sessions  1.  Technology training for staff and
patrons.
                                                       2.  Circulating
devices, the pros and cons.
                                                       3.  Social media
                                                       4.  Technology for
managing the library.

Scott Morey will speak on issues related to technology in the library.

There will also be a Tech cafe to view some of the new technology that is
available.

Please fill out the registration form and send it via email or snail mail
by November 26.
