[Michlib-l] Motions written into the library board agenda?

Does anyone write sample motions for action items that would need motions
into their library board agenda? 

My board has requested that we look into this and I am curious to see a
board packet from a library that uses this method, if there are any. 

The thought is it would move the board meeting along more quickly.
