The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present "Evidence-Based Advocacy for Public Libraries," on Wed., October 25, at 1:30 - 3:00 pm (Central time). This webinar will help you understand how current metrics and measures can tell your library's story in a way that is most meaningful to your stakeholders.
Learning Outcomes:
-Know how to use metrics and measures to develop enhanced library programs, sponsorship solicitation packages and grant requests
-Learn how to attract the attention of sponsors by using collection management reports
-Understand location audits in order to develop proper value for cost-per-thousand advertising rates
-Know how to use geographic visualization tools and library issue voting patterns to analyze library usage
