[Michlib-l] Highland Library millage approved

Happy to report that Highland Township Public Library's request for a renewal of .3127 mills plus an additional .4 mills (total .7127 mills for 10 years) passed. 

Congratulations to the libraries reporting successful millages today and to all libraries because -YES! - libraries build strong communities.
