FYI... This has been a frustrating week with MLSA.  The legislation has stalled in the House. COSLA members from key states (Wisconsin, California) as well as those from states with House co-sponsors (Oklahoma, Texas) have been active all week along with ALA Washington Office staff and others to reach Speaker Ryan and Rep. McCarthy, two individuals who can still make MLSA happen in the house.
