[Michlib-l] minimum wage increase

I don't know if everyone saw the email put out on Friday by the Governor's
office about the increase in minimum wage and I'm just the last one to see
it, but just in case, I wanted to put this out there for those of you who
might be as oblivious as I apparently am.  I have attached it here.  

There are also changes for those libraries employing 50+ staff members for
sick leave.
