[Michlib-l] Does anyone circulate energy efficiency devices?

Hi Adrienne,

The University of Michigan does have the Kill a Watt device that we do loan
out.  Patrons can charge them out at the desk for a 3-week loan.  The model
we have is Model:P4400 and have been circulating them since about 2009.
