[Michlib-l] Homebound Services

Good evening, everyone - 

We are in the process of building a book choice and delivery service for
homebound in our service area.  If you have experience with such a program,
whether at a current or former library, can I ask you to please share your
ideas of best practice, sample documents, and/or any other information you
think would be helpful?
