[Michlib-l] Homebound Policies and Procedures

We are looking into the feasibility of starting up a home bound delivery
service at our library.  Would any of you with an established program be
willing to send me a copy of your policies and procedures that you use.
Any words of wisdom on what problems we should look out for would be
welcome as well.
