[Michlib-l] Fwd: Dogs in Front of Library

We have had issues where people have their dogs but they are not leashed
and then leave them outside when they come in.  I had to post something
that said the city's ordinance mandated that all dogs had to be leashed.
Most people then tied them up away from the door.  But, right now, we do
not have a policy.  I am following responses on this though.
