[Michlib-l] Strategic Planning without Strategic Planning

Does anyone have a survey or questionnaire you have used with your Library
Board for some long range planning? My Board President and I would really
like to go through a full strategic planning process but the rest of my
board has little to no interest. I’m looking for a tool (hopefully simple)
that I can use to guage their goals for the library.
