[Michlib-l] Removing overdue fines

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has done away with overdue fines.  We are
considering doing that at my library.   What other changes did you make?
For example, we lock accounts down if someone owes us more than $5.00.  I
would like to put some sort of limitation in place, so people can't abuse
the system.  Any suggestions?
