[Michlib-l] Autism Welcome Here Grant

Hi everyone,
Are you thinking about starting a new program or service at your library for children, teens, or adults with autism? Or perhaps you would like to expand on an existing program if you had more funding? Did you know that many of the adaptations and materials you would provide for someone with autism can also be inclusive of those with other neurodevelopmental needs or developmental delays, such as ADHD or Down syndrome? Consider applying for the "Autism Welcome Here: Library Programs, Services and More" grant: www.librariesandautism.org/grant/<http://www.librariesandautism.org/grant/>. All types of libraries, in the United States or Canada, are encouraged to apply.
