[Michlib-l] Missing Discs

Hello Everyone,


Do you have a policy regarding discs missing from DVD sets or audiobooks when they are returned? If you never get them back, do you charge the patron for the entire item or just the one disc? If so, how much do you charge and where do you get your replacement discs from? Please email me if you have such a policy or procedure in place.
