[Michlib-l] HP 124A toner giveaway

We have two sets of HP 124A toner to giveaway to the first responding
library. They contain a Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta (no black).  There is a
possibility these are expired as we don't recall how long they have been
under the desk. We will ship via Rides.
