[Michlib-l] Policy requests: Vacation/sick, lunch break & holiday

Hi all!

My board is reviewing our personnel policies, and we want to make sure we're in line with what we're offering, so I'm hoping to get a few fresh ideas of what other libraries are offering.

I'll compilate and send all answers I get back out as well.
