[Michlib-l] CLASS I-III Assistant Director job description

We've added a new position - assistant director (AD)
I'm looking for examples of AD job descriptions to help us develop ours.
We're Class II, so I'm really looking for smaller libraries to chime in.  :)
Also:
Is your AD's name on checking/savings accounts?
Does he/she possess a library credit card?

I know the way I'm leaning on these other topics, but I'm looking for input
to defend or refute my argument.
