[Michlib-l] Attn Directors: Policies (bylaws) addressing trustee excused absences, remote voting

Hi Donna, I believe we require 50% participation over a year, but we’d
talk to anyone who missed several meetings before it got to that. 
  All our trustees are appointed by our Mayor. If I have concerns and
the Chair can’t get things to move then I’ll call the mayor.
