[Michlib-l] Reference Interview help

Hello,

 

We have several new staff members who are brand new to library work. As we
train them in working the desk, we'd really like to have a quick-reference
handout to Conducting Reference Interviews to distribute. Before I draft
that myself, does anyone out there have one to share?
