If you use either of these DEMCO products at your library, please answer the following questions.


  1.  How was the implementation process?
  2.  How long did it take staff to learn the new software?
  3.  How did you let your patrons know about the change? Were there positive/negative responses?
  4.  If you had another event registration system previously, was there any kind of overlapping?
