[Michlib-l] dVD

I'm with Cindy. To me, it's wrong to charge for DVD rentals. They're often cheaper than books at this point, and they're bought for with millage money.

Ours check out for 7 days, then $1 per day afterwards. I'm hoping to go fine free in the future, though.
