[Michlib-l] Applications for 2019 ARSL conference SCHOLARSHIPS open - deadline to apply is May 24!

There are no openings at the conference. I tried to apply and was put on a
waiting list, and then received a call that I might as well forget it as
even if I could go I would be blocked out of many of the sessions.   Sue
