[Michlib-l] Director Maternity/Parental Leave

Hi all,

I am looking for information about negotiating paid maternity/parental leave for a Director position.

How did you set up agreements for how to handle communications and tasks during that time? Did  you set up an adjusted work schedule for in-office hours or have work from home flexibility? What was your method and frequency for check in? Is an interim needed or necessary?

Any experience, insight, or advice will be helpful. Thank you in advance!
