[Michlib-l] Biblionix's Apollo

Hello everyone!
      We are looking to switch our I.L.S. provider.  Biblionix's Apollo is 
the top contender and I was wondering if any other libraries use them?  How 
is your customer service experience with them?  Could you please send me
