[Michlib-l] Playaway Launchpads locking cases

Hi,
Would any library that carries Playaway Launchpads be willing to share how
you get yours to lock?  We use the standard device cases and for whatever
reason the sliding mechanism won't cooperate, even after we replaced it
with a brand new one.  The company says we're the only library who has
reported this problem, so I'm wondering what we're doing differently.  Any
help would be appreciated.
