Greetings to the Michigan library community!

September 9-15 is Library Selfie Week! Please join the Michigan Library Association this week for a fun social media contest that celebrates our libraries and the opportunities they create in our communities. You could win an MLA 2019 Annual Conference registration!

It's quick and easy to participate: Step outside and snap a selfie or group photo in front of your library then post the photo to Facebook or Twitter or both with #OPENDOORS and #MLA19AC and tag us in your post.

Include your library's name and make sure you identify anyone in the photo that would like to be entered to win.

*Optionally include a short message about why you love your library, or how your library has opened doors in your life, for your patrons or in your community or keep it simple and post: (Your Library's Name) opens doors! #MLA19AC #OPENDOORS #LOVEMILIBRARIES

We will announce the winner on Monday, September 16.
