Good Afternoon Amber,
There are two different methods available.
If you want a simple conference call, Free Teleconference is the easiest. Friends of Michigan Libraries and several other public libraries have successfully used this platform. It requires a telephone with no internet. You would send the dial-in phone number and the access code. (It can also be listed on your website for community members at large to attend you meeting.) You as the lead person would dial in and open the meeting. Everyone else simply dials the phone number, enters the access code followed by the # sign and they are automatically joined into the call. freeteleconference.com<http://freeteleconference.com>
If you want a video conference call, then Zoom seems to be the preferred method being used. This method involves downloading an app and Internet access, but allows up to 100 participants in a ‘live’ virtual meeting.

Subject: [Michlib-l] Best phone-in conference call company
I've got a board meeting coming up, and a board member who can't do technology. What's the easiest conference call company I can go with that'll let a board member (or member of the public) phone in?
Thanks!
