[Michlib-l] our current covid material

I thought I'd send this to you, you can share anything that you want to.  You can send me messages if you have suggestions, warning or ideas.

  *   We received permission from our local health dept. to continue the use of our mini libraries so we stocked them with books for all ages, work sheets, seeds from our seed library etc.  The state said that we need to check locally with Health dept. so we did.
  *   We are still taking in returns to the drop box but they are quarantined and then cleaned as prescribed by the CDC.
  *   The Pandemic Procedures Policy  was added to our policies here at WPDL before the shutdown.  Our Board will need to look at them and adjust, now that we know how far a pandemic can take us.
  *   We are paying our staff to stay home.
  *   Our Board meetings are being done via Zoom and they are posted on our website and Facebook.  Asking for people to email us with a request to join with a deadline by which they must contact us.
  *   We are waiting for more direction for the Opening Plan.  But we anticipate a "soft" opening, back to curbside service at least at the beginning.
  *   No overdue fees are being assessed during this time.
  *   I do not have many people working from home as internet in our area is spotty.  I have a gal doing regular positive posts on our Facebook.
  *   The "plan"/letter is posted on our door and each team member who is reporting has one in their possession.

I am looking for more ideas for Summer Reading.  Wondering what others are thinking of doing.
I am looking for the best site, where you can place the name of the book into the system and see if it has open domain for sharing online. (storytime stuff)
