Time are stressful, but there’s still a lot we can do to boost staff morale, and we invite you to join MCLS staff for our next dialogue and discussion about how libraries are currently addressing staff morale during the ongoing pandemic and your wishes for the future.

Part support group, part visioning, let’s share our thoughts and ideas as we navigate the environment we find ourselves working in right now and look towards the future.
