[Michlib-l] Controlled Digital Lending: "Tell Congress To Let Libraries Fight Back" Campaign

All, 

The largely one copy, one user digital environment along with much higher than consumer prices environment in which libraries operate has been a concern for nearly as long as libraries have been operating in a digital environment. And the issue was only exacerbated by the Covid-19 closures of libraries.
