[Michlib-l] MI Symptoms--free entry screening for employers

We're using it at Albion, too.  It works very well.  We take screen
captures of our receipt screens and show them to the designated shift
supervisors as we enter for our shift.

Of note, I have one staffer who doesn't want to share their private health
information with the state, so they use a brief paper survey with the same
questions, which I can secure with our printouts for recordkeeping.  So,
anyone who may have staff that are reluctant on that topic, can also use
this system.
