Northern Michigan University's COVID preparedness plan is available at
https://www.nmu.edu/riskmanagement/covid-19-preparedness-and-response-plan.

This is for the university as a whole, not the library, but it may provide
libraries with useful examples.

I wasn't on the team that wrote the document, but I may be able to answer
some questions.
