As we get closer the LM CARES Act grant deadline, we are getting questions about what digital inclusion is and what types of activities qualify. There are also questions about how the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) applies to materials and services purchased through CARES Act funds.   *   Eligibility: Public libraries
  *   Deadline: MONDAY, JULY 6TH
  *   Amount:
     *   PPE and Library Sanitization supplies and services - $500 plus $300 per branch location (NON-COMPETITIVE)
     *   Digital Inclusion supplies and services - $1,000 to $5,000 depending on Class Size (COMPETITIVE based on local unemployment, SNAP, Broadband availability and poverty levels)
  *   Grant Period: Summer 2020 to Summer 2021 (Dates TBA)
  *   Timeline:
     *   Application Review - June/July
     *   Grant Contracts Issued - July/August
