[Michlib-l] Public hearing on budget

This is for City Libraries operating with a dedicated millage (organized under PA164 Section 210a):

  1.   Is the public hearing on your budget part of your City's public hearing for their budget?
  2.  If not:
     *   is the City your fiscal agent?
     *   and do you hold the public hearing at a Library Board meeting or City Council meeting?
  3.   Do you receive any funds from your City's general fund?
  4.   What else can you tell me about your budget process?
