We don't need to know the patron's identity and if that information is
included in the ILL paperwork, then couldn't we keep it confidential, like
we do in other circumstances? Thanks, Rebecca
PS- We set up a little cell phone cleaning station today (just rubbing
alcohol mixed with water, cotton balls and Q-tips). I always do it after
spring break to help the spread of any illnesses brought back but I think
it's a good way to remind patrons that their phones need to be cleaned too.
