[Michlib-l] 2020 Census Operational Adjustments Due to COVID-19

Attached is the most updated version of what will be taking place regarding the Census (short and long version). There are lots of adjustments and suspended actions to ensure everyone's safety. The key goal is to promote the Census participation by completing the Census online, by phone, or request it by mail.
