[Michlib-l] Exemption letter

In the Lib Mich webinar (archive said to be posted tomorrow), Calre
Membiela mentioned that as government entities we do not need exemption
letters. Clare, if you see this can you confirm?

EO 2020-21 Sec, 6, c
" or purposes of this order, necessary government activities include
minimum basic operations, as described in section 4(b). Workers performing
such activities need not be designated."
