Zoom is very popular and becoming more so. It has the ability to caption at about the same quality as YouTube. You can read more information about it here:

My board is most likely going to have to meet before the stay home order is lifted. We will be using Zoom for a remote meeting. I was hoping to use a 3rd party for closed captioning, but what I'm finding is its really cost prohibitive. We are so small and will only need the service once or twice.

I can designate someone to do live captioning, but I am hoping there is an easier solution that is low cost. I assume I'm not the only person in need of this right now.
