The Kalamazoo Public Library is currently seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to guide the Youth Services Department in re-envisioning youth services in a post-COVID world.  The library seeks an individual who will honor the history of services to youth and the strong partnerships the library has built within our community yet create a strong strategic vision which meets the evolving needs of our community youth.  The successful candidate will demonstrate a successful history of inspiring and mentoring staff to reach high levels of engagement and innovation.
