Subject: [Michlib-l] Troy Public Library millage passed!

Hello Everyone,

I am so excited to report that the Troy Public Library's millage-a 10 year millage, increasing the library's millage rate from 0.70 to 1.1 mils-passed with 64% of the vote yesterday.  TPL will be able to be open again on Fridays, and do some much-needed maintenance and renovation of the building.
