Hello Everyone,

I have a community in Detroit that's trying to implement an open ILS system. However, the person working with it isn't terribly experienced in Linux, so he was wondering if there was an open-source ILS that used a Windows server. I didn't know of one that did, but I thought I would see if anyone in the state knew of one, and could recommend one.

Thanks for your time,

Steve
