Now, I know what you're thinking... "Cathy, you have got to be kidding me!  We haven't even started SRP 2021!?!?"  Yes, but, one of the fun parts of my job is representing you all to CSLP, but they do have to plan years in advance for each year's artist (publication schedules), manual creation, incentives, etc. They are a mostly volunteer organization that takes membership input very seriously.
