[Michlib-l] ICYMI: New equity and social justice principle added to ALA Code of Ethics

I, for one, am extremely proud of the strides being made to address the
imbalance and inequity faced by huge portions of the US population. I
commend the individual librarians and libraries who make the effort to
represent *all* of their community's population with empathy, acceptance,
and good will. Seeing value in, and advocating for, others is a thing of
beauty and not something to be shamed.
