[Michlib-l] New equity and social justice principle added to ALA Code of Ethics

I support ALA's new statement. Furthermore, this thread has inspired me to
donate to ALA's Spectrum Scholarship Program. The scholarship fund seeks to
encourage racial and ethnic diversity in our profession.
